| Description: | Representing over 2100 veterinarians and veterinary students from all areas of the profession, the MVMA provides continuing education for veterinarians and related professionals, monitors state legislation and regulations pertaining to veterinary medicine and promotes veterinary medicine through a multifaceted public education program. The association provides over 200 hours of educational programs for veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff. The largest state educational meeting is the three-day Michigan Veterinary Conference, put on jointly by the MVMA and the MSU College of Veterinary Medicine. |
