Purdue Veterinary Medicine 2012 Fall Conference

Category: Conference
Description: NEW THIS YEAR! The PVM Fall Conference Golf Outing is combining with the Indiana Animal Health Foundation (IAHF) to coordinate this year's event! We are very excited about this partnership which will ultimately benefit the IAHF and the Purdue School of Veterinary Medicine! The event will be held at the Coyote Crossing Golf Course in West Lafayette, IN on Tuesday, September 20, 2011. Brunch is offered prior to the shot gun start. To register, please download and mail to the address on the form.

A Scholarship Recognition Luncheon that joins donors with appreciative students and staff will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at the Purdue Memorial Union/West Faculty Lounge. Annual and endowed scholarship gifts for student financial aid make the critical difference for many of our PVM students. Donor testimonials and student stories will be shared to give guests a preview into “A Day in the Life of a PVM Student.”

The 2012 Dean’s Club Luncheon will be Thursday, September 20, 2012 at the Purdue Memorial Union / West Faculty Lounge. Dean Willie Reed hosts this appreciation event each fall for members of the PVM Dean’s Club. One of our own emeritus faculty members, Dr. Billy Hooper, will be a guest presenter and speak on the topic of “World Veterinary Year.” Invitations will be mailed in August. Alumni and friends who make a gift of $500 or more during the calendar year are recognized with membership in the PVM Dean’s Club. If you would like more information on how to become a Dean’s Club member, please email Becky Hershey or call (765) 494-5032.
