 Jackie Spence is an Assistant Fire Chief and Paramedic at the Osceola County Fire Department in Florida. She has been in the fire service for  over 30 years, and has risen through the ranks.

  She comes from a firefighting background, and understands the needs of emergency responders when they face a crisis.

  Her family is also very in-tune with emergency responders. Her father is a retired Lieutenant from the Kissimmee Fire Department. Her husband, Lorne is a retired Lieutenant from the Orlando Fire Department. Her daughter Amanda is a paramedic and an emergency nurse at a local Trauma Center. Her daughter Sara is currently an EMT and is enrolled in Nursing school.
