Abstract “Analyzers” have always created problems for practitioners, but widespread access to the Internet has greatly increased the problem. No sooner has Dr. Ramirez shared test results and his diagnosis of their animal’s problem with the Hansons, than they bombard him with a million questions. An hour later after they have extracted every conceivable answer from him, they surf the Internet and print out a stack of articles regarding different treatment options about which they seek further input.
