The mission of Urban Animal Regional Conferences is to showcase innovative ideas and programs from each region of Canada. The goal is to identify emerging leaders, illuminate researchers, replicate successful projects, cultivate conversations across communities, facilitate collaboration and expand the Alliance for Urban Animals.
These events gather thought leaders from the five primary urban animal sectors: health & wellness; care & control; humane & rescue; retail; and community services. Together these delegates represent all those involved with people and pets in the community. Event workshops gather ideas, dilemmas, opportunities and innovation that may be shared across North America. Finally, the conferences gather nominations for the annual Summit Award and Future Leader Scholarship programs. Urban Animal Conferences promote collaboration, build relationships, provide management resources and expanded horizons for those developing healthy communities for pets and people.
*A $250 subscription fee pays for the event, daily digital content, subscriptions for the Urban Animal Report and technical access to international industry conversations. VIP Vouchers are available to members and affiliates of many Urban Animal organizations. |
