The University of Missouri has recently launched its new grief counseling program, Together in Grief, Easing Recovery (TIGER). The program, based out of the College of Veterinary Medicine, has been established to help people cope with the loss of a companion animal. The program offers a range of services to to help those affected by the loss or anticipated loss of a companion animal. These services are provided free of charge to clients of the University of Missouri’s Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital.
