Biography
My name is Colin and I am currently an undergraduate at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. My current area of study, which is a combination of psychology, youth development, and holistic health and healing, is largely based around Animal Assisted Interactions/Therapy. And the human-animal bond itself is an area of extreme interest of mine and something I am very passionate about pursuing professionally. Currently I am more focused on work with youth/ adolescents but am very interest din the scope of these types of programs and am not narrowing the communities that I want to work with.
Right now I am still only looking into potential educational opportunities post my undergraduate degree, such as Graduate programs or masters, however I have found that the more resources and advice I can pull in, the better! Thus I am on here, hooping to find information regarding this area of studies, information on programs and educational institutions with high regard to this topic and any type of involvement or research I can get my hands into for some experience.
Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!
