Abstract

The four papers in this issue are all concerned, in one way or another, with the relationship between food ethics and the health of the public. The papers cover: trust in relation to food issues; functional foods; the ethics of patenting GM crops; and the challenges facing regulators interested in reducing diet-related health problems.
