Abstract

Animal Assisted Therapy Programs of Colorado (AATPC) is the largest outpatient counseling and psychotherapy organization in North America that utilizes a wide range of animals as a regular part of their work. Our work expands into the Boulder area, where so many nature lovers and animal lovers have requested our services.

AATPC is a non-profit organization, and with its Scholarship Program is able to work with clients of all ages, and all income levels. We have several therapists working through our Boulder office with a range of experience and expertise; all are trained mental health counselors, social workers and psychotherapists, and all have been trained in the specialty of Animal Assisted Psychotherapy.
