Stray dogs are usually a problem : for dogs itselves, for health community, for safety. In this Tedx the speaker shows us how it is possible to transform a social problem in a social opportunity, with educational , economical and health effect. 
Maria Elena Pisu has started to take care of dogs when she was student. With her friends, generally girls, she adopted stray dogs or she saved hidden dogs , dogs with a sad destiny. Later on, she founded a no-profit association for stray dogs care. Now , she and her group, generally women, manage several kennel and make pet- education in public schools. With Public Health department she , also, contributes to built pet- therapy and to give custody of people recovered stray dogs
