Abstract

HOOVES was originally started in 2009 after founder Amanda Thompson found her personal healing through horses. Starting with just one veteran, she realized that what she had discovered was powerful beyond words.  In 2011 HOOVES became an official 501(c)(3) Non-profit.
The mission of the HOOVES Program is to take the healing power of horses in transformational workshops across that nation to return our service men and women to the lives they fought to protect.
