All Horses for Healing sessions are supervised by certified riding instructors. Each instructor has undergone a stringent certification process and possesses a strong equine background, as well as an understanding of various disabilities through continuing education based on the annually updated PATH Int’l Standards and Accreditation Manual.

Our clients ride either independently or assisted by a leader and side-walker(s). Staff and volunteers work closely with all participants to ensure safe sessions. A covered mounting ramp is available to assist riders with limited mobility or those who require additional assistance with mounting.
