"Move A Child Higher, Inc  (MACH 1) is dedicated to bringing self-confidence, physical strength and emotional well-being to people with disabilities through equine assisted therapy and community involvement." 


MACH1 is a 21 year therapeutic horsemanship and horseback riding program that offers equine assisted activities to students with disabilities and is based at the Pasadena Equestrian Center in the Hahamongna Watershed Park in Pasadena.  The program is a PATH Int'l Premier Accredited Center and is in cooperation with the City of Pasadena.  Approximately 80% of MACH 1 students are from low to  moderate - income families.
